1. What are your training hours?
Tuesdays &Thursdays: 10am-745p
2. How long are training sessions?
All training sessions are 60 minutes (excluding Physiotherapy training). A specialized warm up will be given to each individual and is expected to do before the training session so we have the whole 60 minutes to train.
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining scheduled session time.
3. How many days a week do I train with you?
This depends on how many sessions you purchase, but ideally 2-3x a week.
4. What if I have to reschedule my session or cancel?
Minimum of 12 hours notice is required to not be charged a session.
4. How is my progress measured?
This varies for each individual. However, MOST people see body composition changes within the first 4 weeks of training. Each individuals results will vary on their background, desire and commitment level.
5. Are there refunds?
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including, but not limited to relocation, illness and unused sessions. You can give your remaining sessions to a family member or friend to use, however, a consultation must be done before training begins.
6) Do sessions expire?
Yes, the expiration policy requires completion of all training package sessions outlined below:
6 Session Package: Expires 28 days from the date of your first session (4 weeks)
12 Session Package: Expires 49 days from the date of your first session (7 weeks)
18 Session Package: Expires 70 days from the date of your first session (10 weeks)
*Expiration dates will be extended for any vacation time from either the client or myself
