I'm Christina Gravelle
Growing up as an athlete, I've always been fascinated with the human body. It wasn't until University that I truly fell in love with health and exercise. I felt empowered and confident for the first time in my life watching my strength increase inside the gym. This transferred over to every day life activities. Weight training allowed me to push past my insecurities of never being the smallest person in the room. It taught me to love myself exactly the way I was and WHO I was meant to be.
I teach others to value their abilities and strengths. I want others to feel proud of what their body is capable of rather then how it looks like. I'm here to build a solid movement foundation that will transfer to daily life activities and show you how to take control of your life with fitness and health.
