I'm Christina Gravelle
Growing up as an athlete, I always appreciated feeling strong and athletic. It wasn't until University that I truly fell in love with Strength and Conditioning. I felt empowered and confident watching my strength increase inside the gym. Weight training allowed me to push past my insecurities of never being the smallest person in the room. It taught me to love myself exactly the way I was.
I want other women to not be timid in a gym atmosphere. I want to teach women to let go of the idea of having to be a certain pant size or chasing the lowest number on the scale.
I teach women to value their abilities and strengths. I want women to feel proud of what their body is capable of rather then how it looks like. I'm here to build a solid movement foundation that will transfer to daily life activities and show you how to take control of your life with fitness and health.
My goal is to ignite the fire within everyone of us, showing you that you're more capable then what you think.
